These terms cover the Semanaly validation page and, if checkout is on, the Founder presale. They do not create a medical relationship. The app is not in the stores yet.
Not medical advice
Semanaly is a logging tool we may build. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell anyone what dose to use. It does not promise any change in weight or in any other health measure. Talk with a licensed clinician. If this is an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Waitlist
Joining the list is free. It is not a purchase and it does not reserve a Founder place. You agree that the answers are yours to share and that the email is one you can read.
Pricing honesty
The planned free plan stays free, and it includes encrypted backup, dose logging, reminders, the entries you type, export, and 1 PDF summary a month. We will not move those free features behind a paywall later.
Plus, when the app exists, is $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year (twelve separate months would be $59.88). The trial is 14 days. We send a reminder 48 hours before the first charge. Cancel during the trial and that charge does not happen. Plus is not on sale on this page.
Founder presale
Founder is a one-time $49 payment for lifetime Plus if we launch. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Checkout can be switched off. While it is off, the button does not charge anyone. There are at most 300 places.
- Launch means the app is publicly available on the United States App Store or on Google Play.
- If that has not happened within 120 days of your payment, we refund 100%.
- The refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days after that deadline.
- Stripe processes the payment. We do not store your card number.
- The presale is not medical advice and not a promise of any health result.
Refunds
Write to [email protected] from the email on the payment. The 100% refund above is the rule if we miss the launch window. If we launch on time, Founder is a completed purchase of lifetime Plus, and a later change of mind is not an automatic refund.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form, probe the site, or send someone else’s answers. We can drop a signup that is abusive or clearly fake.
Liability
The page is offered as a validation, as available. If we cause a loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. This does not limit a right that the law does not let us limit. We are not liable for health decisions you or anyone else makes.
Law
These terms use the laws of the U.S. state where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a rule cannot be waived, that rule wins.
