What this page is
This is a waitlist for an app that does not exist in the stores yet. It is not a clinic, not a medical device, and not a medical service. We do not collect a dose, a weight, or symptoms here.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email and five answers: medication category (brand-name or compounded), the app you use now, your biggest frustration, your preferred language, and whether you log treatment for someone else. We also store whether you asked to hear about the Founder presale, the language of this page, campaign tags from the link you followed (UTM), and the site that referred you, as a hostname only.
If you pay the Founder presale, Stripe processes the card. We store the email on the payment, the amount, the currency, and the payment status. We do not store card numbers.
Consumer health data
A medication category and a frustration about logging treatment can be consumer health data. We treat every waitlist answer as sensitive, even if you choose “prefer not to say.”
We do not sell this data. We do not share it for advertising. You can ask for a copy or for deletion without creating an account. We apply that standard to everyone, wherever they live, including the kinds of rights described in Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s SB 370.
Why we collect it
- To write to you about the waitlist.
- To decide, from the answers as a group, whether to build the app.
- To tell you if the Founder presale opens, if you asked.
- To refund a Founder payment if we do not launch on time.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information or health data. We do not share your answers with ad networks.
This page does not load a Meta pixel, a TikTok pixel, or another ad script. Those scripts can read what you type into a form. If an analytics webhook is turned on, it receives only a generic “lead” event, the page language, the path, and the campaign tags. It does not receive your email or your answers.
Who else handles data
The operator chooses where waitlist rows are stored: a private file on their server, or a webhook they connect (for example their own database). That provider stores the answers so we can read them. If you pay, Stripe processes the payment under its own terms. We do not send the five answers to Stripe.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist answers until you ask us to delete them, or until we delete the validation set, whichever comes first. Payment records for the presale are kept as long as accounting rules require, even if the answers are deleted.
Access and deletion
Use the form on this page or write to [email protected]. Ask for a copy or for deletion. We may confirm that you control the email. We do not ask for a medical note.
We respond within 30 days. When signups live in the local file, deletion removes the waitlist answers for that email. When they live in a service the operator connected, we record the request so it can be carried out there. A short-lived backup copy, if one exists, is deleted on the same cycle. The minimum payment record can remain.
Age
This page is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS in production, limit who can read the signups, and keep a local file restricted to the server. No method is perfect.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
